SC Capital Partners Group, a Singapore-headquartered private equity real estate investment manager, has completed its investment in a 40-megawatt AI data centre development in Pohang, South Korea, in partnership with NeoAI Cloud. The project also secured investment from government-backed capital as a regional AI infrastructure initiative. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
