Suresh Thiagarajan

Northern Trust has appointed Suresh Thiagarajan as its head of client development for Southeast Asia, a role in which he will collaborate closely with leading sovereign wealth and pension funds, asset managers and consultants across the region to deliver innovative solutions.

Thiagarajan, who will be based in Singapore, joined the bank in 2009 and has held key roles in operations and sales across the Asia-Pacific region, mostly serving as a senior digital solutions consultant in Melbourne, Australia.

“His appointment,” the banks says, “reflects our commitment to deepening client relationships and expanding our presence in the region.”
